Oil Filter Housing - (External Pump)

This oil filter housing / oil take-off plate was originally designed for the mountune Racing prepared 2.5L Supercar Lites engine, which utilised an external dry sump oil pump with a -10AN male union.

This take-off plate has a -10AN (7/8" -14 UNF) internal thread on the pump (in) side of the filter and an M12x1.5 thread for the mountune oil temperature sensor. There is also an M10x1.25 thread for an oil pressure take off fitting.

The plate bolts straight up to all Duratec and 2.0l EcoBoost engines and is ideal for engines with an external dry sump pump mounted on the inlet side. Supplied with O-rings to seal to the block in place of the OEM filter housing, and an oil filter threaded insert.

Please note: Not supplied with filter although can be supplied with a temp sensor, fittings and seals as per the customer’s requirements.
